Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience with architecting Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) solutions for Machine Learning model development and deployment, in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Korean to communicate in this customer-facing business role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, Load Shedding and Traffic Management (LSTM), convolutional networks).
- Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for distributed systems.
- Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment frameworks for deep learning (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators, model architectures (e.g., encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning Application programming interface (APIs).
- Experience in prospecting, building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience in data and information management.
