Places purchase orders, to meet internal customer requirements and ensures Purchase Orders are placed within 24 hours of receipt of complete requisition.
Manages changes to existing purchase orders to ensure alignment to commercial agreements, leads Constraint Reviews with Suppliers;
Initiates and follows through to completion new supplier setups or changes. Collaborates with category teams and vendor master to ensure standard process is followed;
Deals with Invoice discrepancies resolving all issues relating to procurement invoice holds. Collaborates with Accounts Payables to ensure invoice holds are eliminated;
Works closely with and supports Category teams and Sourcing Operations teams by providing internal customer/supplier feedback and assuring End to End Purchase to Pay Compliance;
Supports implementation and adoption of automation tool to enable 85% transaction automation for the scope managed
Key skills and qualifications:
Bachelors of accounting degree required;
Minimum 5 years experience in a supply field;
Microsoft Office knowledge;
English: fluent;
Strong comprehensive technical knowledge of procurement/sourcing; experience in outsourcing critical services from within the company to third-party providers; planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management.
