We are looking for a team player who is a problem-solver that can turn large and complex sets of data into actionable insights. In order to succeed in this role, you will need great analytical skills, the ability to connect micro and macro considerations and turn insights into actionable workflows. You are a problem solver who likes to understand the how or why when facing a challenge so that you can anticipate it in the future.

This is a role supporting global teams and you need to be comfortable working across timezones and cultures. You will work closely with RevOps, Revenue Leadership, Business Intelligence, MIS, and Finance teams to accomplish your work and support the business. You will identify both bottlenecks and opportunities to support the entire global business organization.

You will work on and own both one off data requests as well as broader project based assignments.

A day in the life

  • Identify actionable opportunities for revenue growth and team productivity through data analysis
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to various partners and stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Support the business leadership with data analysis for strategic tracks including the preparation of daily status updates and weekly decks for use in leadership meetings
  • In partnership with cross functional teams, align the business on KPI and report usage to ensure global consistency
  • Work with the business organization, MIS and BI to align on needs across Outbrain’s platforms

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in AdTech with programmatic knowledge
  • Great presentation skills and creating relationships with a diverse set of senior stakeholders
  • A proactive “get things done” mindset
  • Excellent team player, and strong attention to details
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem solving skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau or comparable systems
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
