- Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success
- Previous Customer Success Management experience is a requirement- Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success and the included service offerings is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions is an advantage
- Previous Customer Success Management experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English & German essential
