Responsible for system integration, test and characterization. Define system and subsystem specifications
Provide training to manufacturing engineers and NPI engineers - Document design, testing and diagnosis procedures to transfer the design to manufacturing.
Support manufacturing and field service on optics and systems related escalations. On a day-to-day basis have the ability to resolve apparent conflicts and make priority calls that are aligned with program objectives. Escalate when appropriate.
Maintain rigor within the group by demanding adherence to the planned strategy and calling for periodic reviews to determine if the plan needs to change.

Minimum Qualifications
BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Optics, or related fields with at least 5-8 years of work experience.
Ability to work effectively with little supervision and achieve results in a timely manner
Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. Ideally, have strong experience in managing and messaging to customers.
Proven track record of technical issues resolution. Good problem solver who works well as part of a focused team.
Experience developing or supporting complex optical-mechanical systems or assemblies
Experience in optoelectronics, sensor technology, microscopy, optics, or systems design/support.
Deep understanding of lithography and semiconductor manufacturing process
Excellent English communication skills are required. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus but not necessary.
