Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Apps, Co-pilot Studio, and Dataverse, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create surveys using Qualtrics and supplementing, as needed, using programming languages, specifically JavaScript, CSS, and HTML according to the parameters provided and manage the administration of existing surveys; support new feedback initiatives.
• Manage the continual review and improvement of processes to streamline the Customer Feedback Framework and enhance the gathering and delivery of customer input.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring they meet business requirements and are user-friendly. These apps will likely have a strong association/link to the Qualtrics tool.
• Provide objective analysis for data gathered via the Customer Feedback Framework.
• Determine proper analysis techniques to best translate and communicate complex data and deliver via Power BI, Qualtrics dashboard or other appropriate tool.
• Cross-train peers where possible and appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Developing and integrating third-party APIs into existing systems to enhance functionality.
• Experience with Data Analytics using analytical or BI tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other research or analytical tools.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure services and integration with Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Advance knowledge in/ability to learn the online survey tools, with a preference for Qualtrics.

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree
