Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.

• Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or equivalent roles within technology or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated track record managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financials, develop robust business cases, and manage budgets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in Japanese and English; ability to distill complex concepts for audiences at all levels.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis, scenario modeling, and synthesis of large data sets.
• High degree of interpersonal skills for team leadership, stakeholder management, and influence without authority.
• Proactive self-starter with adaptability and acontinuous-improvementmindset.
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or comparable corporate strategy environment.
• Familiarity with payments and relevant ecosystems advantageous but not a key requirement
• Skilled in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence (BI) platforms, and project management software.
