Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or equivalent roles within technology or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated track record managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financials, develop robust business cases, and manage budgets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in Japanese and English; ability to distill complex concepts for audiences at all levels.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis, scenario modeling, and synthesis of large data sets.
- High degree of interpersonal skills for team leadership, stakeholder management, and influence without authority.
- Proactive self-starter with adaptability and acontinuous-improvementmindset.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or comparable corporate strategy environment.
- Familiarity with payments and relevant ecosystems advantageous but not a key requirement
