You’ll be one of 6-8 software engineers in the team. The team is led by an Engineering Manager and has a dedicated Product Manager and designer. We own a suite of web applications within the shipping space built with React and Node.js using TypeScript.

Leading the transformation of our rapidly evolving shipping platform by assisting engineering and product managers in researching, scoping, and planning new platform capabilities.
Driving data-informed decision-making by working with and interpreting metrics and data collected via analytics tooling to advance our platform.
Leading on observability
Mentoring teammates
Improving the team’s DevOps
significant commercial experience and a passion working with:
React,
Node.js,
TypeScript,
testing frameworks (such as Playwright and Jest),
significant experience with:
monitoring the health of your applications in production,
developing and using enterprise APIs,
accessibility-minded experiences, and
working in a continuous delivery environment.
Not vital, but you’ll have the edge if you also have experience with:
Grafana,
Prometheus / Loki,
Kubernetes,
Sentry, and
or have worked in:
an eCommerce organisation, or
a shipping/logistics/exports organisation.
