Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of ten years of direct experience in affordability, with five or more years of senior management experience in healthcare or related area of business required
- Affordability experience, with demonstrated success of designing, building, managing and transitioning programs
- A minimum of five years of vendor management/contract management experience preferred
- Experience in managing branded and generic programs, biosimiliars experience preferred
- Extensive experience in operating collaboratively with cross functional partners in a matrix organization

- Strong platform skills are essential to gaining alignment with senior management and building business acumen among associates.
- Extensive content knowledge of pharmacy affordability and co-pay plans, processes, and strategies.
- Competence in strategic planning and agility while working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
- Strong business acumen, professional expertise along with analytical skills, and the ability to lead without authority.
- Proven understanding of the AOP process, financials, POs and budgets.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 30-50% travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight.
