As a Senior Plant Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our manufacturing plant. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the plant will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations from targets will be crucial. Additionally, you will manage the plant budget and resources effectively to achieve financial goals.You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Operation Director, and you'll work out of our Harsum, Germany location on a On-site work schedule.
• Lead and manage the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments.

German Language is mandatory.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role with 12-15years supply chain and manufacturing experience.

Engagement with work council is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in fabrication and machining.

Experience of working with German legislation related to plant and people management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

WE VALUE
• bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives. Lean or black belt certification preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
