They willintop mediaand other key markets within Southeast Europeas needed(in partnership with Comms colleagues),, and developingthought leadershipthe mostpublic sector organizations.will also support localand regionalleadership withemployee and executive communications, in particular, acting as a strategic advisor and providingsupport to theTürkiye GM andGeneral Manager for Microsoft Southeast Europe (SE).

and media relations, with a minimum ofyears of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent written andverbal communication skills,good balance of strategic thinking andability to achieveexperience instakeholder engagementand the ability to work proactively. Theyshould also have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities todrive engagementwith key audiencesand work as anexternal communicationsadvisor to the countrleadership team.

Qualifications
  • Media Relations experience-strong andactive relationshipswitha wide range ofTurkish and English-speakingjournalists and influencersbased in Türkiye and beyond.
  • Ability to manage corporate and solution-focused communication and storytelling, develop compelling, concise, creative, and credible fact-based messaging and stories.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Strategic thinking rooted in market knowledge andbusiness acumen.
  • oundjudgement and decision-making ability in complex anddynamic scenarios.
