Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.

Leadership skills to communicate quantitative and qualitative data to various teams and create a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision and strategy for Microsoft Teams.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions, continuously improving the user experience and driving user engagement.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive leadership.
Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, defining metrics and tracking product performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adjust product strategy accordingly.
Engage with customers and internal preview users, prioritizing and addressing feedback.
Establish a strong vision and roadmap, driving deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology.
Champion and advocate for customers, representing their voice across teams and developing innovative ways to resolve complex issues.
