- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience in product management or related acumen, including conceiving products, launching, building and growing multiple products, and creating, executing, and delivering against a product road map
- 10 years of experience building and scaling successful consumer products such as Ads or Search
- Experience managing and mentoring a team and working with cross-functional and cross-product area partners
- Experience in quality, ranking, measurement or analytics products
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building and managing online advertising products, working in enterprise or consumer ecosystems, and liaising with cross-functional partners
- Exceptional writing and communications skills, and ability to oversee the shipping of high-visibility and complex products with high impact
- Technical proficiency, with a demonstrated track record of working closely with engineering partners and converting complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated track record of success in the full life cycle of product management: product vision and road maps
