Sales and Operation Planning Manager (Personal Health)

Your Role:

• Safety First: Create and maintain a safe working environment, proactively identifying and managing occupational risks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through training, performance reviews, and resource allocation.

• Quality Assurance: Embed quality into products and processes to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive integration across the entire value chain, identifying opportunities for improvement and influencing teams to enhance operational excellence and customer value.

• Supply Chain Optimization: Ensure efficient warehouse and 3PL operations, meeting current and future demands while adhering to regulatory and service requirements.

• Demand and Supply Balance: Optimize supply and demand through integrated planning and materials management to maximize performance and profitability.

• Continuous Improvement: Initiate innovative changes to supply chain management, aligning with customer needs and driving continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.

• Digital Transformation: Lead the supply chain's digital transformation, leveraging data-driven insights and increasing transparency and visibility.

You're the Right Fit If:

• You have 3-5 years of leadership experience.

• You have experience in retail companies (consumer goods, medical, medium rotation).

• You have advanced English language skills.

• You have experience in warehouse management and 3PL operations (cost and distribution).

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
