Key Responsibilities- Proactively ensure that new releases of the StreetLight InSight® web application are of very high quality.
- Review and understand product requirements, and create and execute test plans for new features, comprising manual and automated test cases.
- Develop new and maintain existing QA automation test suites for both the UI and API.
- Perform bug fix validation tests and perform regression/sanity tests towards the end of each release cycle.
- Work collaboratively with Development, Product Management and Sales to make StreetLight InSight® as useful and beneficial to our clients as possible.
Here's what you'll need
- Passion for creating high-quality products.
- BS/MS in Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience in a QA role at an enterprise SaaS application company.
- 2+ years of experience with UI automated test tools, such as Selenium, Protractor, and/or TestCafe, as well as with API test automation development.
- 2+ years of experience with using SQL / RDBMS.
- Ability to learn new features quickly, understand the user's point of view, and create complete test cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with Development and QA team members.
- Strong sense of quality and task ownership.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Experience with geospatial data is a plus.
