Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical consulting on AI projects.
- Experience designing conversational applications with Google Dialog Flow or similar products/tools and leading their implementation.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to collaborate with English and French speaking stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in understanding contact center technologies and platforms (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.).
- Experience designing applications powered by Large Language Models and leading their implementation.
- Experience in technical consulting.
