Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing highly complex global industrial real estate portfolios for large multinational corporations.
Experience executing large-scale site selection or asset delivery.
Experience with vendor engagement, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility contracts, economic development incentives, legislative initiatives, taxation.
Familiarity with industrial power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial class electrical and cooling technology, or other related areas of technical expertise.
Demonstrated ability to think "outside the box", come up with commercially and technically creative solutions, comfort working independently and thinking dynamically, while leading cross-functional strategic efforts.
