Design analytical solutions for needs across domains including: Product, Risk, Ops, GTM etc.
Be a hands-on manager while also serve as strategic data Focal point
Proactively prioritize initiatives and peruse business needle movers alongside ongoing analysis and d2d needs
Design data models and lead result driven analytics based on MRS strategy needs: e.g. customer risk scoring model, customers profiling, ops KPIs.
Translate research data and findings into actionable and strategic insights using strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
Enhance MRS data infrastructure, working closely with Data, Product and Tech
Promote data driven business thinking and create self-service tools to support employees and managers across the organization.
Expand data capabilities to support business decisions by providing accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards.
Manage, coach, and develop data & analytics team members

5+ years in data analysis experience in Payments Acquiring | Checkout industry | payments risk domain - a must
Bachelor’s degree in computer science | Mathematics | Statistics or equivalent fields
Proven experience as a people leader – a must
Experience working in a global environment – a must
Solid experience in : working with complex Data Analytics platforms, and programming languages and tools : BI Tools | writing complex and efficient SQL queries | Google Cloud Big Query | working with “large” data sets
Excellent English level- a must
Experience with building visualizations and reports.
Present and communicate business insights with Stakeholders
