Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the supply chain function during New Product Introduction (NPI) within the product development core team.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities throughout various product development phases, ensuring deliverables meet product launch dates.

• Coordinate with supply chain extended teams and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)/CM (Contract Manufacturing) partners for predictable launches.

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute program deliverables, meeting customer and business requirements.

• Develop and execute plans for timely product and program introductions, while identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain management.

• Proficiency in project and program planning tools and software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.

• Proven experience in managing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrixed teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and local language.

• Ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results effectively at senior management levels.

• Exceptional team and project management skills.

• Strong technical knowledge across multiple business units and understanding of emerging trends.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
