Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, CMP tools).
Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics).
Experience with diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Science Engineering or a related field.
10 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment, including vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) tools.
Experience with leading tool installations including reading and interpreting cut sheets, with AutoCAD design, leading teams, and working with vendors.
