Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, CMP tools).
- Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics).
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Science Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment, including vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) tools.
- Experience with semiconductor equipments (e.g., vacuum, dry etch, wet etch, advanced lithography systems, high-volume metrology systems).
- Experience with leading tool installations including reading and interpreting cut sheets, with AutoCAD design, leading teams, and working with vendors.
