What you'll do

• Program Development & Management: Lead engineering programs focused on Product Security & Compliance
• Project Planning: Define and enforce project plans and schedules to meet business and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate strong project management skills and strategic analytical thinking
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Policies & Standards, including Global Development Policy and ISO9001/ISO27001
• Product Vision: Drive the vision, roadmap, and usage plans for security and compliance domain
• Product Delivery: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality specifications that meet customer and user requirements
• Collaboration: Work closely with release management, production, governance, and leadership teams. Coordinate feedback from customers, Solution Management, and other stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent education
• Strong software product or program management experience
• Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several security areas with a strong customer focus; demonstrate that you have developed the acumen to cultivate lasting customer relations
• Experience working on software development methodologies and experience working with security tools
• Knowledge of project management and security frameworks and best practices
• Certifications like PMP are an asset
