PDM owns the delivery of the entire Customer contract execution scope – products and services. Must have a strong understanding E2E and work streams delivery.
PDM is accountable for NI BG program P&L
PDM represents Nokia on an assignment basis and is the primary contact for the assigned scope for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for the entire services and delivery process.
PDM is responsible for the contract execution performance with respect to financial and operational (non-financial) KPIs (e.g. cost, timelines, revenue recognition, project assets, and Customer satisfaction) and requisite planning to enable successful execution.
PDM is responsible for E2E planning and management of financial and operational performance.
PDM ensures Customer contract execution management based on PMI/PBM principles in full alignment with Nokia Mode of Operations and applicable BG guidelines.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years’ experience in Senior Project management, CDM or equivalent role in IT / Telco industry
Capability to work in a pro-active way and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to lead cross organizational teams and activities.
Knowledgeable on Nokia project execution, engineering, and supply chain processes
Goal and results oriented with ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PMI PMP and CDM certified or willing to certify.
Co-located at customer premises in greater Sydney for up to 5 days per week.
