Transaction Strategy and Execution – Deal Technology is a dedicated team within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions practice that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of technology aspects in a transaction, including IT, cyber, software and data due diligence, separation or integration analysis, value creation, synergy assessments, , and supporting the integration or separation process from a technology workstream perspective. Your key responsibilities
As a Manager, you will support and deliver Deal Technology services on transactions of all sizes. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Analysing and evaluating key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for buy-side clients
- Being a trusted advisor to clients on technical matters relating to separation or integration assessments
- Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients as well as supporting in business development activities
- Identifying key client risks throughout the transaction lifecycle and mitigating these ahead of time
- Analysing and evaluating a company’s IT financials and highlighting considerations for the transaction
- Managing engagement teams day-to-day in the delivery of our Deal Technology services
- Acting as the main point of contact to our client for our Deal Technology scope of services
- Collaborating widely with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other teams within EY to bring the best of EY to solve the client’s challenges throughout the transaction life-cycle
