Job Title:Associate Director - Financial Due Diligence
As an Associate Director in Financial Due Diligence, you will lead and execute due diligence engagements, provide strategic insights to our clients, and manage teams on high-profile transactions. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring they achieve their investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct financial due diligence engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence and precision in analysis and reporting.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to dedicated due diligence teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key advisor throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated transaction advisory services.
- Drive growth and business development by identifying new opportunities and client presentations.
- Share expertise and market insights to enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in Strategy and Transactions space
Qualifications and Skill Set:
- A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial due diligence, with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large and complex due diligence projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
