Job Description

• As a Lead Software Engineer on the Couchbase AI team, your job will be to
  design and implement cutting edge AI Products, enabling our customers to
  rapidly build AI Solutions.
• As a key member of the AI Team, you will be responsible for solving technical
  challenges in developing an enterprise grade AI Tools, aimed at merging
  database principles with the dynamic world of Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Produce performant, scalable, and highly available enterprise-level
  software.
• Proactively take ownership in the product and provide excellent
  technical ambition in finding solutions to propel the product forward.
• Lead code reviews and documentation, as well as take on complex
  bug-fixes
• Research industry and academic leading algorithms and technologies
  in the world of AI.
• Mentor Junior members on the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning Developer role or Similar
  building AI/ML Solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of ML Concepts and algorithms, including deep
  learning, NLP and Gen AI Models.
• Experience in build Machine Learning Pipelines.
• Familiarity with popular ML libraries like Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch,
  Airflow, Pandas, Numpy.
• Good understanding of AI Project Lifecycle.
