Purpose Statement:

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Capital and Service sales and marketing EMEA strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Have accountability to deliver the planned Capital and Service revenues for EMEA

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Service sales team, marketing department, and commercial excellence group

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the commercial organization

  • Partner with EMEA divisions to articulate good value proposition and profitable growth in our Capital projects. Partner and guide EMEA divisional Sales and Marketing teams and HS&P in setting up their capital business and POS Service Sales (commercial programs, collateral and talk tracks and go to market strategies)

  • Support EMEA Service Operations Team to ensure, measure and monitor quality of Service delivery in EMEA and drive continuous improvement and KPIs

  • Be the reference point between EMEA divisions and Service Operations team and between Global stakeholders with EMEA regarding commercial Capital and Service topics.

  • Uses strong leadership skills to drive a cultural and behavioral shift internally and externally.

  • Sales Management:

  • Oversee the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives by identifying right opportunities, segmenting the market and developing a competitive approach.

  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and metrics to optimize Capital and Service sales performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, divisions and stakeholders.

  • Manage actively the Service Inside Sales organization and ensure coordination and leverage with existing EMEA Inside Sales team and Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships (HS&P)

  • Marketing Leadership:

  • Lead the marketing function in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive service sales.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

  • Utilize market research and analytics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  • Commercial Excellence:

  • Drive commercial excellence initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Implement best practices in sales and marketing to continuously improve performance.

  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other departments and divisions to maximize customer satisfaction and business results.

  • Drive internal Customer Service and Business Support needs and efficiencies to support this business with the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Service Value Proposition:

  • Clearly articulate and promote the company's service value proposition to differentiate it in the market.

  • Articulate EMEA cross-divisional Capital financing solutions with third party companies

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the MedTech and/or Capital and Service industry

  • Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Superior influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills
