Minimum Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the 3GPP protocol stack, from RRC/NAS to MAC/PHY
- Expertise in cellular networks, cellular radio spectrum, and cellular infrastructure
- Understanding of mobile device RF hardware systems: PAs, filters, antennas, etc.
- BS/MS/PhD in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Expertise with data analytics / manipulating large data sets using spreadsheets and/or relational databases (SQL)
- Proficiency with software tools/scripting: Unix shell script, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with processes for the development of sophisticated software systems
- Expertise in IETF protocols: TCP, HTTP, SSL, etc.
- Experience with real Large Language Model (LLM) deployments is a plus
