The Role

Your future product management team has end-to-end responsibility for a wide range of logistical areas spanning from (and not limited to) the advanced product configuration, the management of serial & batch numbers throughout the sußpply chain, the management of handling units, the inventory & delivery logistics, all the way to warehouse and transportation logistics. Therefore, indepth expertise in one or more of these topic areas is an advantage.

What you’ll do


The
Head of Advanced Cloud Logistics (m/f/d)will report to the Head of Product Centric Cloud ERP PM and lead a team across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead with customer adoption & satisfaction at every step of the way
  • Personify, live, and breathe a SaaS mindset and be a role model to other stakeholders
  • Be a strong influencer across SAP and in the market
  • Lead a highly motivated and world class product management unit with focus on Advanced Cloud Logistics that supports the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition’s strategic direction and growth ambitions
  • Understand and take ownership (with your team) of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery, collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders in doing so
  • Engage customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need
  • Be an spokesperson for Cloud ERP within SAP and with analysts, press, and influencers
  • Create a highly innovative organization with strong focus on Employee Engagement and leadership NPS

What you bring

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry, preferably in a SaaS organization with Product Management; strong CEO mindset
  • Sound expertise in one or multiple of the core topics mentioned above is required; ideally in a 2+ year consulting or pre-sales role
  • Excellent people management & leadership skills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, communication skills with the customers, partners and internal teams, as well as board/executive level presentation skills
  • Ideally, an international track record showcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams
  • Strong customer focus with previous exposure to key customers, as well as partner orientation
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions
  • Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and a product roadmap based on developing strong market expertise for a topic or product area
  • Fluent or near-native English language skills
