Global Testing Head works in a multi-client, cross-regional, and cross-product role. This role is part of Global Change function within Funds Operations.Individual in this role will also be responsible for testing transformation and continuous improvement incl. practice, standards and policy formulation, planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day leadership, management & support of testing global area, ensuring e.g. managerial structure is setup in relevance with business goals, all required deliverables are fulfilled timely and in highest quality, and all aspects of employee’s lifecycle are performed in appropriate standard
• Coordination, execution and reporting of multiple testing types across programs of work in Funds Operations
• Capacity management and dynamic prioritization of resources
• Monitoring of expense base to deliver execution of financial plan and initiatives to meet expense targets;
• Continual review of testing processes with stakeholders to identify and execute tactical and strategic testing service and efficiency improvements
• Pro-active risk management and cooperation with necessary stakeholders in order to minimize operational & project risk and adherence to all Citi policies.
• Ensuring wider Change Gurgaon/Pune based function site compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Citi policies.
• Active engagement in site strategy initiatives and its promotion within stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in testing management space (preferably UAT/functional testing) and leading multiple high priority projects, preferably in Securities Services space.
• At least 7 years’ experience in financial industry.
• At least 5 years’ experience as direct manager of managers (or significant size project teams) through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
