Key Responsibilities / Functions:

• Develop, test, maintain Oracle Cloud HCM interfaces using OIC.
• Design, document, and develop solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud application, including data interfaces, payroll flows, reporting, data extracts, data loads, security/access management.
• Create, review, sign off technical documentation.
• Participate in development and testing of the solution in Implementation and Deployment projects, and Upgrades activities.
• Technical L3 Support to resolve complex issues
• Cooperate with System Integrator, Application Management Support provider and Oracle in developing new solutions and resolving existing solutions' issues.
• Close cooperation with the Solution Architect, Domain Architect, Product Owner, Project Leadership, Business Stakeholders, Security, Infrastructure and 3rd Party Stakeholders to delivery high quality standards.
• Participate in designs, design review and code review.
• Able to work with both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Able to prioritize and estimate work packages based on clear rationale.
• Work in DevOps mode and provide production support post go live.
• Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC creation.
• Inspect and verify and refactor the quality of packages before release.
• Supports solution deployments using cloud native tools.
• Provides training to key users as needed

• At least 7 years of experience in Design, Develop, Configure, prepare and execute Test, deliver Proof of Concept, prepare Functional and Technical Documentation. Out of that, at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, including integrations, and ideally also security/access management, data migration, data extracts, reports and analytics, fast formulas.
• Proven hands on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (10-15 integrations), with strong understanding of end to end integrations (HCM/OIC/DBCS/other middleware solution/other applications)
• Strong PL/SQL knowledge

It would be nice if you also had:

• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally Oracle Integrations Cloud and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification.
• Solid exposure to Oracle HCM (SaaS, PaaS) security concepts
• Good functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Performance and Talent Management, etc.
• Experience in Data loads, Data models, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas
• Have worked as technical consultant/engineer in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design Principles, Databases and
  Analytics.
• Experience in full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Comfortable with debugging and analysing existing code and refactor as needed.
• Has experience in writing ‘Clean Code’ following best practices and always focus on code quality metrics.
• Track record of delivering solutions including documentation within defined timeframes and in quality
• Good to have experience in working with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• Organized, efficient, and accountable

• Experienced and comfortable working with a globally distributed multi-cultural team
• English language required. Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills.
• Education: BSc degree
