Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with digital transformation using cloud-based solutions, managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, professional services and distributed teams.
Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Recognized industry certifications/accreditation in project management theory and methods.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base, and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making/prioritization and collaboration.
Understanding of cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and define a path to resolution.
