Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Romania with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience coaching and mentoring others.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
Experience in matrix organizations across Central and Eastern Europe.
Experience in capturing data and surfacing trends/themes across multiple consultations to suggest interventions, process and HR product improvements that enable a better employee experience, or in service of a larger business, product area, or market strategy.
Excellent people management, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
