Building trust and relevance with Partner sales teams is key. Success in this area will require a strong foundation in customer-centric solution sales, as well as the ability to mentor and lead by example, using a "train, teach, position" methodology for success. In addition, by cultivating relationships at the executive level, you can secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure the alignment of both strategic and operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-5 years' of experience in working in tech-industry in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Swedish preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly establish credibility with Partner on all levels
- In-depth understanding of Sales and Channels dynamic.
