- Lead design processes and projects, ensuring the creation of intuitive and effective user experiences for developers and engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and Foundations teams to ensure seamless design integration within monday sphera and other key developer tools
- Take ownership of designing features that optimize workflows for engineering teams, ensuring the product is intuitive, efficient, and scalable
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design supports both technical and user needs, fostering a seamless experience for all users
- Lead the design efforts for monday sphera, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of the Foundations group while improving developer collaboration and transparency
Your Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms, ideally in developer-focused products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to design tools that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and system transparency
- Experience working within design systems and ensuring consistency across products
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High proficiency in Figma and solid experience with its component libraries and design systems
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, always willing to put the team’s needs first
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
