In joining Jacobs you will:
- You will lead the coordination of all administrative and logistical aspects of energy and power project sites. This includes managing site office operations, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- You will see yourself working on a Mega project that’s never been developed before and part of a growing business.
- Handle enquiries, requests and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
- Coordinate travel, vehicle and accommodation requirements for Jacob’s site staff.
- Inform, remind and update site personnel regarding rules and regulations.
- Maintain current and efficient filing system for safety, quality and other site-based documentation.
- Support other site-based Jacobs staff with coordination of work, regular reporting, preparation of documentation and liaison with Jacobs offices.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site administration or project support roles, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Significant experience in a site administrative role supporting senior managers preferably in a construction environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks and adhere to strict deadlines Jacobs.
