WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join us and perform the role of Lead, Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects from inception to closure. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and delivering quality solutions that meet business objectives. You will be part of the PMO team, overseeing projects, implementing policies, processes and guidelines to ensure uniformity and harmonization across projects.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines/schedules, milestones, and resource requirements to achieve project goals.
- Drive the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, deliverables and success criteria.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a similar certification is mandatory.
- Work with resource managers to allocate project resources appropriately.
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned and best practices.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project metrics, milestones and Key Performance Indicators.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor / Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Information Technology.
- 7+ years of experience, out of which 2+ years experience within the Project management office.
- Professional working experience preferred within PMO; Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in leading bigger programs/projects/innovation topics -Excellent communication (verbal and written) potentially up to C-Level and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to program management is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environments with little or no guidance.
- Highly flexible and able to change course quickly. Able to juggle multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in datacenter, cloud, and network environments.
- Prior experience working as a project manager andproficiency in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks and tools.
- Fluency both written and spoken in English.
