What you’ll do:

As a Sr Manager Strategic Accounts, you are responsible for activating brand strategies, manage key Nordic accounts, and lead the creation of annual and multi-year account plans with accurate forecasting. You will develop and support a high-performing team while building long-term customer partnerships and driving a clear seasonal go-to-market process. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Brand, Finance, Account Operations and more to ensure aligned and effective execution.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key customers and cross-functional teams across the Nordics and Europe to drive strategic account execution.
  • Apply strong commercial, analytical and KPI-driven skills, using tools such as SAP, Sales Tools, PowerBI and Microsoft Office.
  • Capability to take full ownership of one to two business categories, serving as the main point of contact and driving the strategic plan and execution in close partnership with the account.
  • Lead leaders and wider teams effectively, fostering strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Bring deep knowledge of the Sports & Lifestyle marketplace, plus strong digital/omni-channel and change management experience.
  • Hold a business-focused university degree and bring 5+ years of sales experience, ideally including team leadership.
