Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of customer experience specialists and provide guidance and support
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking customers and provide them with outstanding support

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (min. C1)
• Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of SAP and customer support tools (nice to have)
