Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations.
- Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs, with root cause issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design, and supply risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, influence across multiple levels of the organization and shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking.
