JOB DESCRIPTION




Key Responsibilities

  • Review status of projects and budgets focusing in hospitality segment.
  • Coordinate schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with consultants / Designers / End-Users to create market demand.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
  • Work closely with marketing to create and implement customer programs.
  • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon Channel Sales solutions.
  • Implement your creative ideas while solving complex problems for the customer.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
  • At least 8-10 years of direct sales and business development experience ideally in the building automation or ELV.
  • Should have experience of ASEAN region and engagement with end user, consultants and contractors.
