Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
· Develop and sell new solutions (managed services, distinct technology solutions etc.) for the Mobility practice as part of the GTM initiative
· Periodic monitoring and reporting of sales opportunities, pipeline and wins
· Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients
· Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively
· Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility
Your main objective is to partner and build relationships with the client and play a lead role in client service delivery. You will play a leadership role and be responsible for mentoring and developing the team.
Business Development & Go-to-Market responsibilities
· Develop and Implement accounts strategy for TRANSACTION TAX offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments and market segments
· Develop and sell new solutions (managed services, distinct technology solutions etc.) for the TRANSACTION TAX practice as part of the GTM initiative
· Periodic monitoring and reporting of sales opportunities, pipeline and wins
Operational Excellence / Day to day responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate the planning and management of medium / large assignments, independently: Pricing, Billing and Recovery, Maximize fee opportunity
· Build recognition, Firm wide, and outside the firm for expertise in a specialized field and participate in firm wide teams or special projects across the Firm or making presentations at various forums
· Display strong interpersonal and outward leadership skills including the ability to build relationships within as well as outside the Firm
· Write articles on topics relating to the GroupHigh technical knowledge in terms of understanding legislation
· Develop and implement risk management strategies and manage sensitive and high level risk issues
· Develop sound value based solutions and apply technical knowledge and strategic thinking in delivery of solutions to clients
· Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
· Create an environment for the team to think of innovations and to do things differently. Get involved in developing new products, services and delivery methods on a regular basis.
Your key responsibilities
· Go-To-Market (GTM) & Business Development:
o Develop and Implement an ACR Markets/Accounts strategy for distinct ACR offerings targeted at clients within identified industry segments and market segments
o Develop and sell new solutions (managed services, distinct technology solutions etc.) for the ACR practice as part of the GTM initiative
o Enhance internal and external awareness of EY ACR services (branding) and support development of proposals/presentations etc as required
o Periodic monitoring and reporting of sales opportunities, pipeline and wins
o Identify opportunities for other services and support in cross-sell for Tax, CoSec & other services
o Manage all client deliverables like- AR, AP, GL, Reporting, Statutory compliances
o Responsible for meeting agreed client Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT) & Accuracy, as applicable
Skills and attributes for success
· Good business knowledge, local market intelligence and relationships
· Strong Accounting knowledge, should be well versed in all statutory compliances
· Strong Excel and Power Point skills

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
· Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a reputed institute
A qualified Chartered accountant
· 10 - 12 years of work experience in core finance & payroll function, and in preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Audit.
· Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in managing client facing finance team preferably in a consulting organization or well diversified Industry experience, with reporting and ability to deal with senior leadership team.
