We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality product experiences that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. The Product Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define experience design.
- Participate in ideation sessions led by more senior designers. Contribute ideas and sketches for new features or improvements based on user research findings. Learn to apply basic design thinking methodologies.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experience designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and evangelize the importance of user-centered design throughout the organization.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Bachelor’s or Mmaster’s degree infine arts,product design, graphic design, or a relatedfield.
- Minimum of1-2years of experience in UX/product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful products.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, andimpact.
- ExpertiseindesigntoolssuchasFigmaandAdobeCreativeSuite.
- Experiencewithdesignsystems,componentlibraries,anddesignstandards.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire ateam.
- Strong problem-solving andcritical-thinkingskills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is aplus.
