a Sales and Solutioning Engineer , you will focus on selling BMS solutions to clients and providing technical expertise during the sales process. Continuous collaboration with customers (including Channel Partners) to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions , including training and supervision of Channel Partner.
Responsibilities
Work with the Channel Partners for i dentifying potential clients and understanding their requirements.
Coordinate with Channel Partners and Energy Engineer to understand the physical system on site and provide a solution to save energy on site.
Executes project start-ups, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed BAS controls on assigned projects.
Presenting BMS solutions to clients and addressing their queries of all relevant stakeholders .
Collaborating with the technical team to create customized proposals.
Demonstrating the value of BMS solutions and negotiating contracts.
Ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge of BMS systems and their applications.
Strong understanding of controls/BMS and HVAC systems with the ability to convey technical details to channel partners.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with channel partners to achieve sales objectives .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with channel partners and internal teams.
Min. 5 Year experience in deployment of BMS systems and evaluation of existing BMS systems.
