This position will be responsible for supporting the OGC Corporate Ethics and Integrity team in India and assisting in all required legal matters, including both internal and external coordination of legal issues related to the market in India. The Legal Counsel is expected to provide legal advice and opinions on day-to-day legal matters relevant to all departments/functions for the Indian market, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, Ford policies, and procedures. The position will ensure adherence to the compliance program and company policies, including, but not limited to, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering
