Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

• Provide technical direction for the development, and design of Cloud Native architectures, standards, and implementation approaches and systems integration for client engagement and product/ solution development from the definition phase through implementation.

• As a member of the Cloud Native Architecture group, you will be expected to work with and contribute to its Kubernetes-based microservices architecture, and all your deliverables must align with the group’s development and deployment standards.

• Demonstrate leadership in IT management by producing strategic and innovative concept proposals, and papers, and speaking at conferences.

• Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.

• Communicate and enforce best practices for building and running applications on Kubernetes

• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

• Organizing tech talks and participating in meetups/events.

Essential Requirements

• Experienced Software Enterprise Architect with demonstrated skills in designing PaaS solutions, enterprise middleware, and Java Spring­ microservices based mission-critical applications.

• Understands complex enterprise, cloud-based concepts and effectively employs different design techniques; A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models.

• Experience with more than one relational database management systems;Understands the benefits and ideal uses of various programming languages.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with Senior level leaders.

• Ability to travel and work on-site with customersand partners.

Desirable Requirements

• 8 years of experience as an enterprise architect.
