What You"ll Do:

• We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d) in SAP IBP who wants to increase the success of SAP’s modern supply chain planning solution in the market and benefit from permanent growth. \
• Supply chain planning is for our customers a mission critical application, our IBP cloud service has to be very reliable in order to be long term successful.
• You will collaborate closely with the IBP product management, engineering, support, operations and customer success teams.
• As we are a customer-driven organization, you will work very closely with our IBP customers.
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, natural science, business administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development projects, product management and support
• Strong analytical skills, architectural expertise SAP Hana based cloud solutions like IBP
• Excellent Product knowledge in SAP IBP and ability to work on root cause analysis for critical customer situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication and presentation skills
• Committed team player with a “can-do” and innovation-focused attitude
• Experience in customer-facing roles
