Work with transactions (preparation of contracts, due diligence investigations, etc.).
Advise clients on corporate structuring and support implementing them.
Drafting commercial agreements.
Performing legal research.
Advising and representing clients in various institutions.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in law with fully professional qualification as a lawyer.
Experience as a legal counsel at least 3 years.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English as we work with international clients.
