- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referral programs, ensuring strong and diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct resume screening, interviews, and initial technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support key talent acquisition initiatives such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, employee referrals, and external recruitment events.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing insights and feedback based on recruitment outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies.
