Key Responsibilities:

• develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for the functionality of digital solutions
• Design innovative scenarios targeting different customer use models to identify issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows, APIs, integrations, and overall system performance.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues and report them effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and testing best practices for AI and conversational platforms.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Expert in designing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality across various platforms and technologies.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies, with an emphasis on automation to streamline testing processes.
• Skilled in performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system efficiency.
• Well-versed in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for test cases, results, and defect reports.
• Experienced with a range of testing tools and frameworks suited to different testing scenarios.
• Adept at collaborating with development teams to refine code, enhance user experience, and achieve software reliability.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Experience in Industrial Automation and enterprise solutions

Good to Have:

• Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure and open-source cloud components.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.
