Roles and Responsibilities

  • As integrated member of the Polish service sales team drives service contract and parts sales business, working with existing and potential customers in the North-West part of Poland

  • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with current and future customers and work to provide them a great sales experience through the right channel (in person or via phone, email and others) for best customer experience

  • Handle customers’ incoming requests, provide necessary support and provide proposals based on customer-specified information (owning the full sales-cycle) OR route the request to Inside Sales Specialist (depending on campaign and/or business rules, qualifying the request and providing well defined interests)

  • Provides support to the service parts sales process through ownership of quotation, pricing and contributing to closure of deals and coaches, guides insides Sales Specialist on this activity as well.

  • Drives the growth of Consumable content in service sales channel, cooperates with Consumables modality teams.

  • Follows up on offers in order to maximize contract revenue

  • Suggests process improvements and provides coordination within connecting areas (Field Service Engineers, Busines Operations) to improve business results.

  • Broadening knowledge of PCS product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • A job at this level requires great interpersonal skills and ability for impactful in person and remote communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or previous inside sales/commercial experience.

  • Previous customer relationship management and outbound call experience.

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages
